A. Contest Participation & Eligibility

1. The REBEL RANI Contest is organized by Forest of Chintz.
2. The contest is open only to residents of Mumbai, aged 21 years and above at the time of participation.
3. The contest is valid for a limited period, as communicated on Forest of Chintz’s official platforms.
4. Participation in the contest is valid on a minimum purchase of ₹5,000 or more made on the Forest of Chintz website and in-store during the contest period.
5. Each qualifying purchase of ₹5,000 or more will be considered one (1) entry into the contest.
6. One (1) winner will be selected every week through a lucky draw from all eligible entries received within that month.
7. Entries will be considered only for the month in which the qualifying purchase is made and will not be carried forward to subsequent months.
8. The lucky draw will be conducted by Forest of Chintz, and the decision of the organizers shall be final and binding.
9. The winner will be announced on Forest of Chintz’s official platform(s). The winner must respond within the stipulated timeframe, failing which the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

  

B. Prize Details & Redemption (Post Winner Selection)

10.           The prize includes a dinner experience voucher for the winner plus three (3) accompanying friends (1 + 3)at OTRA.

11.           The voucher must be redeemed within one (1) month from the date of issue.

12.           Prior reservation is mandatory and must be made at least one (1) week in advance, subject to table availability at OTRA.

13.           At the time of reservation, the winner must provide the names of the three accompanying guests. No changes will be permitted once confirmed.

14.           PAN card verification of the winner will be conducted at the restaurant at the time of voucher redemption.

15.           The dinner experience includes a set menu (Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options available).

16.           The experience includes up to two (2) drinks per person. Any additional food or beverages ordered will be chargeable and payable directly at the restaurant.

17.           Any expenses not explicitly included in the prize will be borne by the winner.

 

C. General Conditions

18.           The prize voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

19.           The prize cannot be clubbed with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

20.           Forest of Chintz and OTRA reserve the right to verify participant eligibility, including age, residence, and purchase validity, at any stage of the contest.

21.           Forest of Chintz and OTRA reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw the contest or amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

22.           Forest of Chintz and OTRA shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the contest or redemption of the prize.

23.           By participating in the contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, image, and social media handle for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

24.           Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
